Иосиф Юзович Барданашвили (род. 23 ноября 1948, Батуми) — грузинский и израильский композитор.

Биография

В 1973 окончил Тбилисскую консерваторию по классу композиции А.В. Шаверзашвили.

В 1973—1976 годы прошёл ассистентуру-стажировку Тбилисской консерватории. В 1973—1995 годы преподавал в Батумском музыкальном училище им. З. Палиашвили. В 1986—1991 годы был директором Батумского музыкального училища. В 1991—1993 являлся художественным руководителем музыкального фонда Аджарской Автономной Республики, а в 1993—1994 годы заместителем министра культуры.

С 1995 года живет и работает в Израиле.

Преподает в Академии музыки Тель-Авивского университета и в Академии музыки^[1]и танца в Иерусалиме. C 2011 г. является приглашённым композитором Иерусалимской Камерати. Его перу принадлежат сочинения в разных жанрах: опера, балет, симфоническая и камерная музыка, музыка для хора, музыка для театра и кино.
